Thanks for stopping by our Latest News page. As of Monday November 1st our Caveman Training classes go live! REMEMBER YOUR FIRST CAVEMAN SESH IS FREE!!!! So be sure to tell your pals and bring them down! Please call ahead to guarantee your spot in a class, or you might not get in.
Also, please be aware if there is no interest the day before our early morning classes then they will not go ahead as scheduled - we hope that is fair with you guys!
For any info on class costs or schedules our pages are all now up and running, so check back there! Hope to see you down the gym soon. Have a good one,
