Caveman Training
API Cavemen Training Mission Training Systems has teamed up with Athletic Performance Inc. in Minnesota to become the UK’s first Caveman Training ™ Affiliate. This means we will be providing facets of their world-class training system to athletes and clients alike. Basic Training
This level of training is for the de-trained athlete that requires a large amount of instruction and supervision when it comes to exercise.  The Instructors are very patient and will work the participants within their own fitness level.  The sessions are very structured with an emphasis on learning proper exercise technique while improving   participant fitness levels.  The Caveman Training -Basic sessions start with a 15 minute warm up, followed by a minimum of 20 minutes of low level cardiovascular training and ending with 25 minutes of strength training.  A strong team concept is present in every session.  All participants are welcome to join this level. Intermediate Training

This level of training is for the athlete who is in good shape but wishes to take their fitness to a higher level.  The Instructors push the participants out of their comfort zone while still emphasizing proper form and technique.  The sessions are run at a higher pace than the Caveman Training - Basic level with more emphasis on higher cardiovascular and muscular output.  These sessions are structured much like the Caveman Training - Advanced level but are run at a slightly slower pace.  A strong team concept is present in every session. Advanced Training

This is our most advanced level of training. The sessions are run at a very high pace with an emphasis on pushing the participants out of their comfort zone and into a whole new level of training. These sessions are not for the beginner and participants are encouraged to be in a high level of fitness prior to joining. Participants must be not only physically tough but also must be mentally tough. A strong team concept is present in every session. Mission Training Systems

Circuits Training

The sessions are approximately 1 hour in length and consist of a highly charged cardiovascular workout mixed with a large amount of Core training.  Additional body weight exercises are used but the emphasis is on cardiovascular training with the ultimate goal of fat loss and a leaner physique.  All participants are encouraged to push themselves to their limit.
